Mark and Family Crew replaced our 4 year old wood pergola with a Modern Owens Corning Composite Material one in just a few days. We could not be more happy about how it looks and how it was done. They do high quality work and cleanup as they go.

Mark and Tommy were great to work with and did an excellent job on our dock renovation. They added pilings and a boatlift as well as relocated a couple of jet ski lifts. We also had to run a new electrical line from the house and fix a few other things — and everything was handled professionally.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job on a complex project involving multiple piers and gazebos. Great craftsmanship. Stayed on the job till it was completed. Highly recommend them for your pier, dock, or bulkhead projects.

In Sneads Ferry, the water teaches you fast. Build for the worst tide and the longest storm — the calm days take care of themselves.

FAQ

Questions about Sneads Ferry dock builds

Do you build commercial docks?

Yes — small commercial fishing and charter docks in Sneads Ferry are part of our regular work.

How strong are the inlet currents?

New River Inlet runs six to eight knots on a peak tide. We oversize pilings and add storm bracing on every pier in that current zone.

Onslow County permitting — different than Pender?

Yes. Onslow CAMA has its own review timelines and the Coastal Resources Commission rules apply. We file in both counties depending on the job.
