Are these all real projects you built?

Yes. Every photo in this portfolio is a real Intracoastal Installs build on a real coastal NC waterfront — Hampstead, Wilmington, Topsail Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Surf City, Sneads Ferry, or Figure Eight Island. No stock photography, no AI compositing, no projects from other builders.

Can I get a dock that looks like one of these?

Almost certainly. Most of the docks you see here are variations on the same coastal-grade build standard: marine-grade pressure-treated framing, 316 stainless fasteners, hot-dipped galvanized hardware, and pilings driven to refusal. Roof style, decking material (composite, IPE, or pressure-treated), gangway, and boat lift are all selectable. Tell us which photo you like and we will price a build that fits your bulkhead and budget.

How long does a build like these take?

From signed contract to final walkthrough, most coastal NC docks take 4–10 weeks. CAMA general permits (Pender, New Hanover, Onslow) typically clear in 2–4 weeks. Build time on site is usually 2–4 weeks depending on size, roof, and lift. Storm-damage repair work moves faster — we run a same-week response for repeat clients.

What does a dock like one of these cost?

Coastal NC docks in this portfolio range from roughly $18,000 for a simple floating dock to $120,000+ for a covered estate dock with boathouse, gazebo, and boat lift. Do you build in my city?

If you are on the water between Sneads Ferry and Carolina Beach, yes — our service area is 8 coastal NC cities across 3 counties (Pender, New Hanover, Onslow) where we file CAMA general permits in-house. We also build freshwater-lake docks inland within reach of our Hampstead shop; lake projects usually skip CAMA entirely.
