Most of the docks you see here are variations on the same coastal-grade build standard: marine-grade pressure-treated framing, 316 stainless fasteners, hot-dipped galvanized hardware, and pilings driven to refusal. Roof style, decking material (composite, IPE, or pressure-treated), gangway, and boat lift are all selectable. From signed contract to final walkthrough, most coastal NC docks take 4–10 weeks. CAMA general permits (Pender, New Hanover, Onslow) typically clear in 2–4 weeks. Build time on site is usually 2–4 weeks depending on size, roof, and lift. Storm-damage repair work moves faster — we run a same-week response for repeat clients.

We also build freshwater-lake docks inland within reach of our Hampstead shop; lake projects usually skip CAMA entirely.
