We mobilize material, demo the damaged sections, and rebuild to original or upgraded spec.
We swap out corroded galvanized hardware for 316 stainless wherever it makes sense.
We walk the dock with you, show every repair, and leave a maintenance sheet.

Mark rebuilt our dock this fall and did a great job. He handled the CAMA permitting and kept me updated on weather delays that pushed back our project. He was very responsive when I had questions and when we needed a slight change to our build.
Mark and Tommy were great to work with and did an excellent job on our dock renovation. They added pilings and a boatlift as well as relocated a couple of jet ski lifts. We also had to run a new electrical line from the house and fix a few other things — and everything was handled professionally.
