If you need a dock, this is your company. After a year of trying to get a dock due to some hiccups and incompetent companies, I found Intracoastal and could not have been happier. They were dead on with pricing and completed my dock in a few days. The workmanship surpassed my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.
Mark and his team did a complete replacement of my aged pier, floating dock and boat lift at Wrightsville Beach. Such included new larger, round pilings, Owens Corning composite decking/railings/side rails/gates, along with stainless cabling, screws, and fasteners. Their superb quality of work and uncompromising attention to detail distinguishes this dock contractor. I'd add that little things ( e.g. creative lighting solution under the gazebo, built a box to hide the electrical control panel and aesthetic structural cross beams) truly made a difference. Importantly, Mark was extremely trustworthy, communicated well, and was responsive throughout. I highly recommend Intracoastal Installs.
Mark and Family Crew replaced our 4 year old wood pergola with a Modern Owens Corning Composite Material one in just a few days. We could not be more happy about how it looks and how it was done. They do high quality work and cleanup as they go. This is a professional and knowledgable company and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an outdoor structure to be built.
Before finding Mark at inter coastal install I called or texted 4 other dock installers. Never even got a call or text back. Mark was prompt. Communicated well and completed the job on time.
Mark and Tommy were great to work with and did an excellent job on our dock renovation. They added pilings and a boatlift as well as relocated a couple of jet ski lifts. We also had to run a new electrical line from the house and fix a plumbing issue on the dock. Two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet that do quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
